Dear AJ, 

Firstly let me wish you a very Happy New Year - I hope that you had a break!!

I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all of your hard work and effort in my living room and bathroom repair and renovation. As you know I was extremely frustrated having to employ a plumber to make repairs to a leaking shower that had been expensively and newly installed less than 3 years previously! You however were most reassuring in that the renovations would blend in with the rest of the bathroom, and indeed made great effort to source matching tiles and a shower unit that would fit into the existing pentagonal space!  

You were also very supportive in my dealings with the Insurance Company. The fact that the Insurance Company did not raise any issues when we re-submitted an increased quote, I am sure is in part attributable to your diligence and professionalism.

The contractors that you employed to replaster and redecorate my living room and ceiling that had been damaged by the leaking shower were very hard-working, neat and polite, and the work was finished to a very high standard. I am really delighted with the end result!

Finally I want to say that you were a pleasure to have around (not something that you often say to tradesmen!). You caused very minimal disruption even though you worked very long hours, and were always so accommodating with all of my requests! I would therefore be very happy to recommend you for any plumbing and house maintenance services.

Many thanks for Davids Bathroom fitting it looks amazing, He is very pleased with the results it will make such a difference to his quality of life in his new home.

Thanks very much for all the work on the bathroom, you have done a great job.  Let me have your bank details and I will put the initial amount in that you quoted straight away and then put the rest in when you have let me know how much it is.  What did you use to make the shower cubicle look so clean and to clean the limescale off the shower control?  It looks almost new,it seems a shame to use it and get it dirty again!!

Do you still have the receipt for the tiles that I gave you, as I would need that to return the left over tiles.  If not may use them for the other bathroom.

Thanks again and we definitely would like you to do the other bathroom when you have the time and we have sorted out the details.
